Great article and great ideas!

I just became a member of the World Market store, and I receive daily emails about greatly discounted items available only for that day. In response to a daily discounted deal, which was 50% off a gingerbread house (which by the way is super cute and only $4.99, before the discount), I saw all these old timey games that I used to play when I was a kid. They are small in size and will make fantastic stocking stuffers for my 8 year old. To top it off, I got yellow colored rock candy simulating deer peed on snow, and a penguin that poops out jelly beans as he walks. All perfect for a boy. Merry Christmas !!!! and thanks for all your wonderful ideas!!!

I LOVE it when the World Market has big jugs of EVOO from Italy on sale for $7.99--amazing deal. Everytime they do (and I have not seen this sale in awhile), I buy three of them to stock us up.

Love it! Plus there are tons of little things I stock up on for $1 or less year round. These are perfect! Love Christmas socks as well!! Can't go wrong there. And not so much a stocking stuffer... but I was planning on making jars of homemade granola for friends and family this year - those people I want to give a little something to but can't afford to spend a lot on. In the past, I've made cookies and chocolate bark.
