Paul is a Veteran; he was a cryptologist in the Navy for six years. So Veteran’s Day in our household truly means something. As a thank you to all of you, I’d like to do a post on freebies that you can enjoy today for serving our country.
Grace For Vets is Offering Free Car Washes at Participating venues across the country
Eat a Free Lunch or Dinner: Appleebee’s is offering a free meal; show proof of military service (it lists examples for how to prove, such as wearing your uniform, or bringing a photograph of you in uniform, or your DD214)
Golden Corral is offering a free meal on Monday, November 16 from 5:00-9:00
Brides Across America is offering Free Wedding Gown for fiancees of Active Member Military Personnel who have served, or are currently serving, in Iraq or Afghanistan; Looks like there is a location in the Woodlands
Entrance Fees to National Parks are waived today for Veterans
Lowe’s and Home Depot are offering a 10% discount, up to a certain amount with valid Military ID
